We offer support contracts that are adjusted to your needs and requirements with suitable response times comprising telephone, email, visits and remote support.
We care for the full support of systems, the day-to-day running of the IT infrastructure and pro-active monitoring to take action where possible before actual problems arise.

In the event of hardware failure in your server or computer, Logic Computers will attend your site to repair or replace the faulty component inclusive of the package cost, thus keeping downtime to a minimum.
In the event of a software failure, such as a server not booting, Logic Computers will diagnose the problem onsite or in our workshop then take appropriate steps to restore the equipment to its working state inclusive of the package cost.
